Martin Short would be the perfect MAD HATTER. Robin Willaims as The VENTRILOQUIST, or David Tennant as the CLOCK KING. Or Bruce Wills as MR FREEZE (the best Mr Freeze was the deathly serious one from the Animated Series, and Bruce Wills would be perfect for that). I would definitely like to see Nathan Jones from Troy or Robert Mallet from Sherlock Holmes as BANE. if The Peguin is a villain in Batman 3 I would like to see Paul Giamatti as The PENGUIN. Angelina Jolie for POISON IVY. and anne Hathaway as CATWOMAN or possibly Mickey Rourke for CLAYFACE. And possibly Kevin Grevioux for KILLER CROC.

well if you think about it Guy Pirece should The Riddler and Tom Hardy should be The Black Mask and for Talia Al Ghoul I'm thinking Eva Green or Rachel Weisz and Just for the Cameos I'm thinking Bruce willis for Dr. Victor Fries and Terry Crews for Waylon Jones and Marrion Cotland for Seliana Kyle of course with the orginal batman cast in their respectfull roles. riddle me this riddle me that, talk about one hell of a cast that could cast a spell on gotham just like that [flicks his finger].

tennent would definatly be better than depp. depp ruins every license role hes done in ten years. made willy a child molester, and jack as a rolling stone rip off was a horrid take, but alas, thats my opinion, i liked sweeney todd, but it couldve been better. but to put him in batman is heresy. i mean, hes currently ruining a classical story into a movie about him. alice and wonderland had one scene with the hatter, not the whole story. ridiculous

Nolan is filming Inception till December.

Officially, the script is not even done, or even being written till Nolan is done with Inception. He did the same thing when he was filming The Prestiage; Nolan confirmed nothing till he was done with that movie.

Batman 3, as of right now, might be in development, but there is no movement until Nolan is DONE with Inception.

So unless you're joking thanks to the wonders of the internet, perhaps you need to simmmer down and get your facts straight.

I don't think Nolan's thick enough to cast Cher as Catwoman....zif! He's not even bringing in Robin cos he's not in tone with his vision (also cos Bale threatened to turn the machinest into a documentary) so I'm pretty sure he'll cast a much more suited not to mention more talented actress for the role! I mean he casted Bale, Oldman and Ledger, all of whom in my opinion were perfect for their parts. Plz comment back!

If Danny Devito can do it ... I mean, Devito's a comedy actor, and he managed to be really good, surprisingly. So if a comedy actor like Devito can bring justice to that role, then a dramatic actor like Hoffman would whack him out of the ballpark as Penguin. BTW everyone, I was on another site like this recently about Catwoman, and there was someone on that forum who said that in a future Batman movie, Catwoman would be played by none other than CHER!! I hope to Heaven that this is not the case, because I think she would massacre the role more than Halle Berry.

Oh, God. Deppluva my girl, I hope you're wrong. If Chris Nolan whacks the Riddler in tights instead of a suit like he should be, I will never watch another of his movies again. YOU CANNOT PUT THE RIDDLER IN F***ING TIGHTS UNLESS YOU'RE JOEL SCHUMACHER!! And even then, though Jim Carrey was not bad as the Riddler, you should not do it, because tights as a rule are uglier that George W. Bush.

if you want to know my opinion at all read the whole thing!

ok the riddle could be pulled off by a younge person.but i just saw the new animme version of batman i think they are going to base the riddler on that one from that show not the older ones.if anyone has seen the new version of the batman cartoon the riddler wears tights and he looks alot like a cartoon version of johnny depp ya know and to tell you the truth i hated that cartoon cause once again no offense but i hate animme it looks nothomh like realistic animation at all! just a bunch of lines morphed to look like living creatures pisses me off that they can even be allowed to even call it cartoons but anyway. Seymore Hofman for the joker sounds interesting at least that is what i have heard from my other sources gosh hope you take the time to read all this!

Michael C. Hall for the Riddler please. The Riddler strikes me as, by comparison at least, being rather passive aggressive. He's also obsessive compulsive, and I think that Hall would pull it off brilliantly. I hope the rumours I'm hearing about Depp having been cast are false; all he seems to be doing now is playing the loony.
