i hope this gets off the ground and i hope fincher stays attached. black hole is one of the best comic books ever and, honestly, i'm glad avery and gaiman are no longer involved. beowulf sucked and i was a little nervous they'd fuck this up, too.

I'm glad they're not still on it also -- getting dicked around by a guy who doesn't make half the movies he develops isn't the best use of Gaiman's time. I'd rather Gaiman spend that time writing a new book.
