The garbage cubes - Monsters Inc.
The Apollo capsule - in the trash
Lunar Module - on the moon.
the palm trees from the KnickKnack short film (in the Axiom around the pool)

Also though I saw something that looks like the International Space Station.

Am I the only person who sees the similarities between Wall-E and "Number Five", the robot from the move Short Circuit? Same eyes, same treds, same movements.

In the truck home, after the Rex scene, a lot of clocks are seen and most of them are set at 5:10. Any significance?

In the scene where Wall-E into space on the rocket ship, one piece of the junk he wipes off of himself resembles Sputnik - the first man-made object ever in space. I'm not sure if there's any significance, though. Also, in the DVD short 'BURN-E', in one of the space scenes you can make out a smiley face in the stars.

i saw a pig that looked like hamm the pig from toy story. i also saw a lotso bear from toy story 3 when eve looks back when wall-e is trying to wake her.

There was a movie in 1986 called "Short Circuit" about a robot that looks A LOT like Wall-E who becomes alive and gains emotions. He also speaks in broken sentences like Wall-E. I think they took the design of Wall-E from the robot in Short Circuit.

Well, the thing is, nothing appears in an animated film that wasn't put there deliberately. Every pixel is intentional. So, the three CD's that form the mouse head? It can't have been an accident.

I noticed that many people mention Wally B from another pixar short. Although it isn't Wall-E related, I realized that in both the Incredibles and the Cars trailer, they smack into a swarm of bees. (Dash in the forest battle scene, and Lightning in the commercial.) Mater even says, "AW, I SQUISHED A BABY BUMBLEBEE!"
